My stay in the Superior Double or Twin Room with City View was good, especially since it was just a hop away from the Arena and the bustling restaurants of Verona. The charm of the ancient stone wall and the beautifully designed space. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

I enjoyed its very kind and polite employees.
The twin/double room was beautiful and had iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set. The beds were amazing and the bathroom was fairly clean.

Unexpected mix-up with room assignment that caused stress. Housekeeping overlooked our brief stay, rearranging belongings and leaving the bathroom window open for an extended period, leading to concerns about security.

Location really close to the arena and the old town and the shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby La Bodeguita del Medio - great place to chill out...

Housekeeping, while efficient, rearranged my belongings was nice. There was no welcome gift or any hint of special treatment-very disappointing. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Very nice location and fine room features!
I was blown away by the unique design of the place, especially the glass floor revealing ancient roads and the fine 2000-year-old wall in my room. The jacuzzi was a fun bonus, though a little unexpected. Despite being in the heart of Verona, it was quiet was good. A small downside was the lack of a desk or table was good.

Just a top selection for a lightning stop in Verona with good value. The glass floor revealing ancient roads was a unique touch. Make sure to keep valuables in sight, as the entry system relies on a code.

Incredibly quiet for a city center location, yet just steps away from the main attractions. The unique glass floor showcasing ancient roads and the amazing 2000-year-old wall added a historical charm that kept me intrigued throughout my stay. Despite having only one chair and lacking a desk, the room was spacious and well-equipped, offering a coffee maker as a thoughtful touch. A slight inconvenience was the limited interaction with staff, as I only connected with housekeeping , but they were responsive and efficient.

The Arena Luxury Suite is in an excellent location, just a few steps from the arena, and close to great restaurants and shops. My room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, complete with a unique glass floor that revealed an ancient road. The air conditioning kept it cool, and the staff made check-in easy.
A small desk would have been helpful.
